Site calendars

one page per site · synced from iCal

Your sites at a glance

Two independent calendars, each synced live from its own iCal sources — reservations, per-source colours and night counts on a month grid.

Channel calendars

Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO calendars side by side, per house — see at a glance which channel has each date closed.

Each page is independent and aggregates its own iCal sources (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Holidu, …), re-fetched on every page load and every 15 minutes while open. No shared state between the two calendars.

Booking.com reservations export

Booking's iCal calendar only reports closed days, so two back-to-back bookings show up as one. Upload the Booking.com check-in export (XLS or CSV — from your Booking host dashboard, “Descargas / Downloads”) for each house, and the calendar will show every Booking reservation separately, with the exact number of guests from the file. (To compare what each channel's calendar shows, open the channel calendars page.)

Manual entries survive export re-uploads and also close those dates on the unified /feed that the channels import.

Add a reservation manually

Manual entries survive export re-uploads and also close those dates on the unified /feed that the channels import.

Re-upload any time to pick up new bookings — the file is merged, not replaced: rows inside its check-in window are refreshed, stored reservations outside it are kept, and manually added reservations always survive. Guest counts you set manually in the calendar still take priority. Everything is stored on the calendars' server (like the guest counts), not in your browser.

Overbooking protection — close dates on every channel

This dashboard already collects every reservation of each house in one place. Each house has a single link (an iCal feed) with all its occupied days. Paste that link into the calendar sync / import of each of your other channels, and any booking made on any channel will automatically block the dates on the others. You can watch the effect on the channel calendars page, which shows each channel's own calendar side by side.

Where to paste the link (do it once per channel)

  • Airbnb — host dashboard → Calendar → Sync calendars (“Connect calendars”) → Import calendar → paste the link.
  • Booking.com — extranet → Calendar & pricing → Sync calendars → Import → paste the link.
  • VRBO — Calendar → Import calendar → paste the link.
  • Any other channel with an “import iCal / sync calendars” option works the same way.

The link is generated live: new bookings appear in it automatically — there is nothing to re-paste. Channels pick up updates on their own schedule (typically 1–6 hours). For instant, many-channel sync, a channel manager (PMS) is the professional option.

Tip: the channel calendars page shows each channel's own calendar, so you can visually confirm that a date is closed on every channel. Some channels (VRBO in particular) don't publish manually closed or imported dates in their iCal feed — for those, the channel's dashboard is the final word.
